Photo Gallery Agenda Success Stories
The Teaching Personal Finance Conference brings together individuals who teach Personal Finance and Financial Literacy from different teaching styles and perspectives. The objective of this day long conference is to share experiences, including successes and challenges, the demand for personal finance and financial literacy courses, and obstacles faced in starting or in teaching such courses. Teaching methods, topics, and materials that can be useful when teaching personal finance were part of the discussion. The event is meant to create a network of academics, teachers, and interested parties who will continue to share insights and experiences. Conference participants are educators representing colleges and universities that serve a range of students in terms of economic background, course of study, and geography as well as experts and practitioners with diverse backgrounds, guaranteeing an interactive and insightful discussion.
