Prof. Peter DeMarzo is the John G. McDonald Professor of Finance and Faculty Director for LEAD, Stanford's flagship online business program. He is former president of the American Finance Association and coauthor of the textbooks, Corporate Finance and Fundamentals of Corporate Finance.
